Emile Stafford is the owner of Blue Ridge Luxe, and her passion for service began at a very young age. Ms. Stafford has been serving communities and private homes for over 15 years. She has gained valuable knowledge while working in the hospitality and yachting industry as well as restaurants, catering, and wedding planning.
In college, Emile was a nanny and a teacher’s assistant at the College of Charleston Early Childhood Development Center where she learned how to support the needs of families from the oldest member to the youngest member. She graduated with a Masters in Education in 2013. Since then, she has delivered private yachts along the eastern seaboard and Caribbean, and became a chief stewardess providing exquisite service to guests during their many excursions. After yachting, Emile moved into Estate Management. She has proven herself capable of caring for families and their luxury yachts and homes. She has worked solo and as a team, supporting the work of housekeepers, chefs, nannies, and caretakers across the United States. In her varied roles, Emile has been tasked with creating job descriptions, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring household staff, as well as managing the challenges that occasionally arise. She has also developed an onboarding system that identifies clients’ preferences and needs that can be organized into a household manual.

While Emile is the CEO (Chief Estate Officer), she partners with vetted vendors such as builders, contractors, housekeepers, landscapers, maintenance companies, in order to comprehensively support her clients and the needs of their estates. She can also work with your existing vendors, coordinating and managing any work that needs to be done.
